PSA will accept returns for up to 90 days from the date of purchase on items still in “NEW” condition. Items that have been worn, even if only once, are not returnable because we only sell NEW merchandise. We are not an online thrift store. Please include all original items and packaging in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund. Returns within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Returns from 31-90 days will receive a full refund minus 20% to re-stocking fee. No returns accepted after 90 days. PSA will provide a return shipping label upon request(amount to be deducted from refund). International residents – including USA and Mexico – are responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 7 business days of PSA receiving all returned goods. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.
